This website is operated by Spectral Arts & Science LLC dba DSC Labs (“DSC Labs,” “we,” “us,” “our”). Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us” and “our” refer to DSC Labs. DSC Labs offers this website—including all information, tools and products available from this site—to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing any products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), including those additional terms and policies referenced herein or available via hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation browsers, vendors, customers, merchants and contributors of content.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

SECTION 6 – PRODUCT DISCLAIMER & WARRANTY

Disclaimer:

  • Media color, dimensions, dyes and pigments can change over time. DSC Labs cannot be held liable for any such changes and recommends that users of video test products, charts or cards perform appropriate tests prior to use.

  • In no event shall DSC Labs be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, exemplary, punitive, consequential or third-party damages (including, without limitation, loss of use, lost revenues, lost profits, lost savings, loss of business goodwill or opportunity), whether or not advised of the possibility of such loss. DSC Labs’s liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the affected products.

  • While DSC Labs makes every reasonable effort to deliver products in a timely manner, delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Warranty:

  • DSC Labs warrants products against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.

  • Your sole remedy for defects during the warranty period is, at DSC Labs’s option, replacement of the defective product or a pro-rated refund of the original purchase price.

SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND COPYRIGHT

It is the responsibility of DSC Labs clients, dealers and sales agents to ensure that they own or have otherwise obtained rights to print, reproduce or modify any materials submitted to DSC Labs for reproduction.

SECTION 8 – PRIVACY STATEMENT

DSC Labs is committed to protecting client privacy. In the course of business, we store personally identifiable information (name, postal address, telephone number, e-mail address, credit card numbers) to facilitate transactions. DSC Labs will never knowingly share client data with any other organization or individual. From time to time, we may send contest or informational e-mails to clients who opt in; we honor all opt-out requests.
