Due to the sensitive and technical nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns unless a product is found to be defective or damaged upon delivery, or at our sole discretion.
Damage or Defect Upon Delivery
If your order arrives damaged or appears defective upon delivery, you must notify us within three (3) business days of receiving the shipment. This allows us to respond quickly, determine if the issue is due to damage in transit or a product defect, and—if needed—file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Claims submitted more than 3 days after delivery may not be accepted in most cases.

We guarantee a 1-year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
Inspection & Acceptance
All products undergo comprehensive inspection prior to shipment to verify compliance with our internal tolerances and performance targets.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:

Unauthorized repairs or alterations
Warranty Coverage & Discretion
Warranty coverage for any contested product conformance claims is provided at our sole discretion, as we cannot audit or validate the testing procedures, measurement equipment, or calibration standards you may have employed.
Remedies
If a valid defect is confirmed within the warranty period, we may, at our discretion:

Issue a pro-rated refund
How to File a Claim
To file a warranty claim, email dsc@dsclabs.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Custom, modified, or made-to-order products are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of verified defects reported within the timelines noted above.
Discretionary Returns
In rare cases, we may approve a return at our sole discretion. If approved:

An RA (Return Authorization) number will be issued

The product must be unused and in resalable condition

The item must be shipped securely with return postage paid by the customer (unless otherwise agreed)
