Please note that – media color, dimensions, dyes and pigments, can change over time.  DSC cannot be held liable for any such changes and DSC recommends that users of video test products/charts/cards perform appropriate tests of such products/charts/cards prior to their use.

In no event shall DSC be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, exemplary, punitive, consequential or third party damages (including, without limitation, for loss of use, lost revenues, lost profits, loss of expected savings or any kind of loss of business goodwill or opportunity) whether or not DSC has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damages, and in no event shall DSC’s liability exceed the sum paid  to DSC for said DSC products or services.

While DSC makes every reasonable effort to provide products and services in a timely manner, specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed and prices are subject to change without notice.

DSC warranties products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase.  Customer’s sole remedy in the event of any defects arising during the warranty period is, at DSC’s option, the replacement of the defective product or the refund of a pro-rated portion of the original purchase price.

Intellectual Property and Copyright 
It is the responsibility of DSC clients, dealers and sales agents to ensure that they either own or have otherwise obtained the rights to print, reproduce, or modify any materials submitted to DSC for reproduction. 

DSC Laboratories Privacy Statement

DSC Labs is committed to protecting the privacy of its clients and makes every reasonable effort in this regard. In the course of business, DSC Labs stores personally identifiable information such as name, postal address, telephone number, e-mail address and credit card numbers.  This information is used by DSC staff for the purpose of facilitating a business relationship or transaction.  DSC Labs will never knowingly share client data with any other organization or individual.  DSC Labs will from time-to-time send contest or other informational e-mails to its clients and those who want to participate.  DSC Labs honors the wishes of those who prefer not to participate.
