Background -
David and Sue Corley
started DSC in 1962, as a slide and filmstrip production facility, which
then branched into TV production. In the 60's DSC became Canada's
foremost production house. Their dedication to excellence resulted
in many awards including the Canadian Rose Bowl for best TV Commercial
(Timex watch), Bronze at the NY International Film Festival, the Fuji
Gold Medal (only 16 ever awarded), a Gemini for technical innovation and
The Canada Award for Business Excellence.
DSC credits the test
charts they made for the success of their TV productions and
acknowledges the Engineers, DPs and others who have contributed so much to the evolution
and success of DSC products and services.

DSC was also one of the 16 recipients to receive the prestigious Fuji Gold Medal for outstanding engineering achievement in the television industry. |
